Research Data Support

GSE IT is focused on fostering a community of data researchers at the GSE. We want to support our faculty with their research computing infrastructure, work with staff and scholars to solve common data challenges seen across the school, and nurture relationships with our Masters and PhD data science students to support their holistic growth.

Technical Consulting

GSE IT serves as a first point of contact for faculty, graduate students, and research staff, working to understand scholars’ research data needs and facilitate their access to the computing resources that best support their research.

Our team has expertise in cloud computing, cloud storage, data warehousing, data management, and data analysis software. We collaborate across Stanford campus for high-performance computing solutions, access to virtual machines, sharing trainings and workshops, and ensuring privacy and compliance.
